Snatch's Terms & Conditions — In Plain and Simple Language

By using snatch, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between snatch and you, the user. Creating an account, logging in, or using any of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. Snatch reserves the right to amend these terms at any time for reasonable cause, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each individual may register only one account on Snatch. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited; if detected, all associated accounts and their balances will be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, particularly:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (minimum age: 18)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Current address

Snatch may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is successfully completed.

Snatch supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — for Mobile Pay and Nagad, the minimum is generally BDT 200.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification

Deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts or in another person's name are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in a temporary account suspension and an investigation will be initiated.

Once a bet is confirmed on snatch, it generally cannot be cancelled. Always double-check all details before placing your bet — match name, odds, and stake amount.

Bets may be voided or forfeited in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed (subject to applicable rules)
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If fraud or match fixing is proven
• If evidence of prohibited strategies (such as arbitrage) is found

Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes do not apply. Snatch is not liable for bets that fail to confirm due to network issues.

Snatch regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed on the offer details page. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

General bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering amount before withdrawal (typically 5x–20x the bonus value)
• Validity: Bonuses not used within the specified timeframe will expire
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or categories
• Multiple Accounts: Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited

Snatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. However, the terms of a bonus already claimed will not be changed without prior notice.

To protect the fairness and security of the snatch platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of another person
• Bonus arbitrage or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Misconduct towards Snatch staff
• Using fraudulent documents to bypass the verification process
• Participating in match fixing or violations of sports integrity

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the Snatch support team. Any available balance at the time of closure (provided there are no pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you.

Snatch may suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms is established
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found to have been provided
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy

You may contact the Snatch support team by email to enquire about the reason for any account suspension. If no violation is found once the investigation is complete, your account will be reinstated.

Snatch is an entertainment betting platform. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility by using the platform.

Snatch will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Financial losses or reduced winnings resulting from betting
• Bets missed due to internet or network failure
• Losses resulting from leaving your own account credentials unsecured
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, server attacks, etc.)

Snatch strives to maintain uninterrupted service at all times; however, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause temporary service disruptions.

Snatch takes your personal information extremely seriously. Your name, address, payment details, and betting history are kept strictly confidential and stored securely.

Snatch uses your information only for the following purposes:

• To verify your account and ensure security
• To process payments
• To provide customer support
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations
